Diocese of Urgell organizes pilgrimage to Segòvia, Fontiveros and Àvila

The Diocese of Urgell will hold a diocesan pilgrimage to Segovia, Fontiveros, and Avila from October 13 to 16. The trip commemorates the Jubilee Year of Saint John of the Cross, marking 300 years since his canonization and 100 years since he was proclaimed a Doctor of the Church.

The itinerary follows the theme "From mysticism to mission" and visits sites connected to Saint John of the Cross and Saint Teresa of Jesus. Participants will stay in seminaries and spiritual centers to facilitate prayer and reflection on how the mystical experiences of these saints relate to a call to mission.
