First source report
Wilfredo Leon dedicated his European championship gold medal to God following Poland's 3:1 victory over France. The volleyball player, who was named the tournament's most valuable player, told Artur Gac of Interia that he offered the medal to God first because God gave him strength and power that others did not have.
Leon also dedicated the achievement to his family, including his wife, children, and parents, and to the fans in Poland.
