Bishop Joseph Galea-Curmi delivers homily on Jesus' encounter with Pharisees

Bishop Joseph Galea-Curmi delivered a homily on the Gospel account of Jesus visiting the home of a Pharisee to eat. Reflecting on the passage in Lq 14:1, the bishop noted that Jesus did not exclude anyone and viewed every person as important.

Galea-Curmi observed that although Jesus often faced conflict with Pharisees due to their hypocrisy, he still sought to meet with them. He stated that Jesus did not allow the attitudes or hearts of others to prevent him from doing good or delivering the word of God. The bishop highlighted that Jesus performed a healing despite the potential for tension, acting without fear regardless of the setting.
