Parish of Saint-Brieuc holds patronage activities for children

The parish of Saint-Brieuc held three days of activities for children during the All Saints' Day holidays. This second annual event followed a patronage style, centered on a theme of a pilgrimage to Rome.

The program included manual activities, large afternoon games, and short plays performed by animators about the lives of saints. Children participated in daily Mass and afternoon adoration. During a morning celebration at Saint-Yves Church in the Ville-Hellio district, Father Mathieu Colin, a cooperator priest and event companion, explained that the liturgy honored the apostles, specifically mentioning Saint Simon and Saint Jude.

The organizing team included Jacques-Edwin, the parish catechism coordinator; Camille, a parent; Father Mathieu Colin; and six high school or university students serving as animators. The curriculum introduced children to Saint Peter, Saints Agnes, Cecilia, and Anastasia, as well as various popes.
