Presentan en el Vaticano el proyecto de velas que “llevan el Santuario de Lourdes a los hogares”

Borja Pérez de Brea presented a project for handmade Catholic candles to Pope Leo XIV at the Vatican on October 9, 2026. The project, developed through the Spanish brand DECRUX, uses candles to bring the Sanctuary of Lourdes into people's homes for evangelization.

Pérez de Brea shared the details of the project with the Pope during a greeting following the General Audience. The initiative, which is linked to the Sanctuary of Lourdes, was also presented to Cardinal Pietro Parolin, the Vatican Secretary of State, on October 7, 2026.
