Franciscan Sisters of the Eucharist documentary to premiere

The Diocese of Grand Rapids will premiere a new documentary about the Franciscan Sisters of the Eucharist on Nov. 14 at the Franciscan Life Process Center. The film, titled Restoring Connection: Lessons from the Franciscan Life Process Center, explores the mission and ministries of the sisters, who have served the diocese for more than 50 years.

The diocese produced the film to celebrate the Jubilee Year of St. Francis of Assisi. Following the 10 a.m. Jubilee Mass on the premiere date, the event will include a question and answer session with the director and the sisters.

Additional screenings are scheduled for Nov. 16 at West Catholic High School at 6:30 p.m. and Dec. 9 at the Cathedral Square Center at 7 p.m. The December screening will also feature a question and answer session with the director and the sisters.
