SMA-NSA celebrates 50 years in Feriole

The SMA-NSA community in Feriole celebrated 50 years of presence at its house on via Vergani during a festival in September 2026. The event brought together priests, sisters, and local faithful to mark the anniversary of the mission house.

The celebration also honored the 170th anniversary of the founding of the Società delle Missioni Africane, the 150th anniversary of the founding of the NSA sisters, and the 200th anniversary of the birth of Agostino Planque, the founder of the NSA Institute. Additionally, the community marked 50 years since the priestly ordination of Father Renzo Mandirola.

During the festivities, Anselmo Fabiano made his definitive profession in the SMA, pledging his life to the society's missionary work. The community also welcomed Father Leopoldo and Father Davide, while bidding farewell to Father Dario Dozio, who is returning to Costa d’Avorio.
