Bishop Emilio attends formation course

Bishop Emilio E. Biosca, O.F.M. Cap., attended an annual formation course for new bishops in Rome from September 2 to 13, 2026. The program brought together approximately 150 bishops ordained within the past year to discuss the theme, "In Christ, Guardians of the 'Magnifica Humanitas' in Times of Transformation."

The course included formal presentations by bishops, archbishops, and cardinals addressing various dimensions of episcopal vocation and ministry. These sessions were followed by questions and discussions where participants shared pastoral experiences, hopes, and concerns.
