Women’s ministry inspires Bondi parish
First source report
About 20 women aged between their 20s and 60s completed a nine-week ministry program at St Anne’s Church in Bondi. The Full of Grace: Women and the Abundant Life program concluded on 8 September, the feast of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
The program, created by Johnnette Williams and distributed by Parousia Media, uses readings, group discussions, workbook exercises, and video presentations to explore femininity, scripture, Church teaching, and female saints. Facilitator and parishioner Giulia Mezzapica said parish priest Fr Anthony Robbie encouraged her to lead the course. Mezzapica noted that the program uses the Blessed Virgin Mary as a model for discipleship.
