UNICEF aids 17,000 children hit by Nepal floods

UNICEF is intensifying its interventions in health, nutrition, water and sanitation, education and child protection in Nepal. The organization is providing health and hygiene kits, medical supplies, mosquito nets, newborn kits and therapeutic food to the most affected families. Psychological support programs are also underway.
