Latin America reps discuss drugs in Rome

Representatives from Latin America and the Caribbean meet in Rome to discuss prevention, recovery and social integration of drug addiction. They aim to put forward a response based on community, faith and shared responsibility. The meeting is promoted by CELAM, CAL and OEA.
