Franciscans killed by Shining Path in Peru

Two Polish Franciscan friars, Zbigniew Strzałkowski and Michał Tomaszek, were martyred in Peru 35 years ago. They stayed with their flock despite Shining Path violence. The friars served remote Andean communities.
