The Italian Episcopal Conference allocates 500,000 euros to support humanitarian emergencies in Colombia, Peru, Indonesia, and Nepal. The funds come from the 8xmille, a fund that Italian citizens can allocate to the Catholic Church. The aid will be distributed through Caritas Italiana and local Caritas organizations.
