Bishop Joseph Chang ordains 1 priest

Bishop Joseph Chang Yanfeng of Chifeng has begun his episcopal ministry, visiting parishes and celebrating sacraments. He ordained a new diocesan priest on August 27 and a seminarian as deacon on August 23. The ordinations were attended by 38 diocesan priests and many lay faithful.
