Cáritas Diocesana de Guarulhos holds second meeting with parish representatives

Cáritas Diocesana de Guarulhos held its 2º Encontro com os Representantes das Paróquias on September 26 to work toward building a Rede Diocesana da Caridade. The meeting at the Cáritas Diocesana headquarters included representatives from different communities, pastorais, movements, and charity initiatives within the Diocese of Guarulhos.

The session followed a first meeting on August 29 to strengthen the connection between Cáritas and parishes and to learn about charitable actions already in development in the communities. Vicar Geral Antonio Bosco led a reflection on charity within the mission of the Diocese of Guarulhos, highlighting the importance of communion and participation between Cáritas, parishes, pastorais, movements, and foranias.
