Community in Sica Sica renews devotion to Our Lady of Fatima

Students, teachers, and families from the José Agustín Castrillo educational unit in Sica Sica gathered for a Mass to honor Our Lady of Fatima. Following the liturgy, students participated in a procession to carry the image of the Virgin from the local temple to the school.

During the celebration, Father Policarpio Aracaya, the parish priest of Sica Sica, spoke about the three children who witnessed the apparitions in 1917. He encouraged teachers and parents to bring children to Mass more often and to provide an education that combines faith with human values in both classrooms and homes. The Apostolic Vicariate of Camiri reported that the event serves as a way to connect the school community through faith and tradition.
