The delegation included Bishop Edmilson Amador Caetano, Father Marcos Alves, Deacon Calixto, Father Marcelo Dias, Célia Soares, José Luiz, and three laypeople. Attendees studied the Diretrizes Gerais da Ação Evangelizadora da Igreja no Brasil for 2026–2032 and the Final Document of the Synod to reflect on placing human dignity at the center of the Church's communication and mission.

Participants released a message to the people of São Paulo reaffirming the Church's commitment to human dignity and calling for a peaceful and respectful electoral process. The Diocese of Guarulhos will use the shared reflections to help plan its evangelizing steps for 2027.
