Dioceses of Madrid, Ávila, Vitoria, Cáceres, Segovia and Getafe launch prayer chain for Toledo accident victims

The dioceses of Madrid, Ávila, Vitoria, Cáceres, Segovia, and Getafe have launched a prayer chain on Instagram for those affected by the train accident in Urda, Toledo.

The joint announcement invites the faithful to offer prayers for the eternal rest of the deceased, the recovery of the injured, and the consolation of their families. The prayer chain also includes emergency responders assisting at the scene. Participants can join the chain by leaving prayers in the comments or sharing the official posts.

The participating dioceses stated they are uniting in communion to accompany those affected by the tragedy through faith and prayer. The communities have entrusted these intentions to the Santísimo Cristo de Urda.
