Cardinal Mario Grech outlines the future of the Church after the synodal phase

Cardinal Mario Grech, the general secretary of the Synod of Bishops, said a Church assembly scheduled for 2028 will evaluate experiences gathered from pastoral communities following the synodal phase.

In an interview with Dom Radio, Grech clarified that the 2028 meeting is not a continuation of the current process but a period to review findings and facilitate exchange. He stated that no one should feel excluded during this period.
