Pope Leo XIV visited Paris and Lourdes on Saturday, September 26, during the second day of his trip to France.

In Paris, the pope visited the Maison Bakhita Center to listen to the stories of migrants at the center, which supports the integration of immigrants within the Archdiocese of Paris. He then met with leaders and new or prospective Catholics at the Catholic Institute of Paris. Later, he celebrated an open-air Mass at Place de la Concorde for a crowd estimated at more than 800,000 people.

The pope concluded his day at the Shrine of Our Lady of Lourdes. He led a short prayer service and spent several minutes in private prayer at the shrine.
