Teenagers profane church in Wandei
First source report
Authorities closed the Saint-Hilaire church in Soullans, Vendée, indefinitely following a desecration by a group of teenagers. According to reports from Opoka and La Croix, the youths filmed a video in which they overturned objects and danced in the sanctuary to music praising terrorists.
The video reportedly featured lyrics celebrating the actions of Mohammed Merah and Salah Abdeslam, as well as attackers from the Bataclan club. In response to the footage, prosecutors have opened an investigation into the apology of terrorism.
The Diocese of Luçon announced it will hold a mass of reparation.
