Pope Leo XIV visited France on 25 September, meeting with political leaders, cultural organizations, and young people. His first day included visits to the Élysée Palace, UNESCO, and Notre-Dame de Paris.

The day concluded with a vigil at the Stade de France in Saint-Denis, where 80,000 young people gathered. According to Agenzia Fides, the event featured a performance tracing the history of French saints, including Saint Denis, Saint Martin, Joan of Arc, Pauline Jaricot, and Saint Vincent de Paul. These scenes were designed to provide a visual way to teach the faith by linking historical figures to themes of service and missionary zeal.
