Bishop Augusto Mascagna to launch catechesis meetings

Bishop Augusto Mascagna will launch catechesis meetings for adults and young people at the Santa Maria Maggiore parish in Vicofaro starting October 26, 2026. The meetings are scheduled for every Monday and Thursday at 21.00 in the Vicofaro church.

In a letter to parishioners, the Bishop of Pescia and Pistoia described the sessions as opportunities for listening and reflecting on life through the Gospel. To announce the program, the bishop and the parish priest are sending lay missionaries into the Pistoia parish territories to visit residents, share the Gospel, and invite them to the meetings.

Bishop Mascagna is scheduled to celebrate Mass in Vicofaro on Saturday, October 10, at 15 and 19.30.
