The Diocese of Matamoros-Reynosa is a Latin Church diocese in northeastern Tamaulipas, Mexico, along the Texas border, established on 16 February 1958. It was renamed to include Reynosa in July 2024 and is a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Monterrey.

In the northeast of the Mexican state of Tamaulipas, along the border with Texas in the United States, lies the Diocese of Matamoros-Reynosa (Latin: Dioecesis Matamorensis), a Latin Church territory. It stands as a suffragan see within the ecclesiastical province of the metropolitan Archdiocese of Monterrey.
