Diocese of Campos representatives attend regional ecclesiastical management meeting

The Diocese of Campos is participating in the Regional Meeting of Ecclesiastical Management of the East 1 in Niterói. Organized by the Regional Leste 1 of the CNBB, the meeting brings together representatives from various dioceses to improve Church administration through dialogue and the exchange of experiences.

The Campos delegation includes economist Father Wallace Ortêncio, accountant Jehan Carlos Nunes Fuly, and lawyers Paulo Paes and Amanda Guerra from the diocesan legal sector. Participants use case studies and comparative analyses of different diocesan realities to develop guidelines for transparent, organized, and responsible management.

The meeting covers topics such as funding sources, tithes, legislation, historical heritage, communication, crisis management, personnel management, governance, transparency, accountability, and tax issues. These administrative processes are intended to support the Church's evangelizing mission and pastoral service.
