Funeral of Don Siro Zorzi: indications for participation

Bishop Tomasi will preside the funeral for Father Siro Zorzi on Tuesday, November 3, at 10:30 a.m. in the parish church of Frescada. The funeral follows the sudden death of the priest during the night between last Tuesday and Wednesday.

The parishes of Dosson and Frescada, along with the municipal administrations of Preganziol and Casier, have released guidance for those attending the service, including information on parking and traffic. Because of expected attendance, organizers will set up seating with a screen on the church courtyard and another screen in the oratory.

Past communities where Father Zorzi served as pastor may organize viewings in parish halls, particularly for elderly residents. The Diocese of Treviso will also broadcast the funeral via live stream on its YouTube channel.
