Bp Artur Ważny leads Mass for people on the fringes of the Church

Bishop Artur Ważny of Sosnowiec presided over a Mass for the second Pilgrimage of People on the Outskirts of the Church on October 3 at Jasna Góra.

During his homily, Bishop Ważny addressed participants who have experienced wounds, loss, or anger caused by the actions of the Church institution. He told the pilgrims that those who have felt pushed to the margins or have felt like they were standing on a church doormat possess the ability to open doors for others who are broken. He described the pilgrims' suffering as something that makes them the pulsing heart of the Church.
