Catholic IntelligenceUpdated 1 min read

Pope Leo XIV will visit Argentina from November 8 to 11 as part of his sixth apostolic journey. The Argentine government estimates that seven million faithful will travel to Buenos Aires, Córdoba, and Luján to meet the pontiff.

This trip marks the first papal visit to Argentina since John Paul II visited in 1987. Before arriving in Argentina, the Pope is scheduled to visit Uruguay from November 6 to 8. Following his time in Argentina, he will travel to Peru from November 11 to 17, where he previously served as a bishop in Chiclayo.

The Diocese of Salta has directed followers to official social media accounts to follow the visit.
