Iglesia Católica en Bolivia convoca a orar por la salud del Papa León XIV

The Bolivian Episcopal Conference has called on the faithful to pray for the health of Pope Leo XIV, who is scheduled to undergo surgery in the coming days.

In an official statement released Sunday, the bishops asked parish communities, religious institutes, priests, deacons, and consecrated people to intensify their prayers. The bishops specifically requested that these prayers take place during the Holy Eucharist and the praying of the Rosary.

The bishops expressed the local Church's unity with the Pope and asked for his swift and favorable recovery. They also requested the intercession of Mary, Mother of the Church, to help the Pope continue guiding the Church with wisdom and strength after his convalescence.
